Carbon fiber composite shell created to protect the xPAB (Portable Air Backpack). The shape is identical to xPLSS in order to interface with LTV GTU for ground testing of xPGS.

I designed the tooling and layup schedule as well as built up in-house composites capabilities of the xPGS team.
