xPAB Lightweight Composite Structural Shell

Carbon fiber composite shell created to protect the xPAB (Portable Air Backpack). The shape is identical to xPLSS in order to interface with LTV GTU for ground testing of xPGS.

I designed the tooling and layup schedule and built up the xPGS team's in-house composite capabilities.
